Well, it’s officially only a few days till Christmas! With so much going on in our life right now (more on that later…) I have honestly thought very little about Christmas presents. Sure, we finished our son’s Christmas shopping and have our plans all set, but I am unfortunately finding myself scrambling a bit for last-minute gifts that slipped my mind. However, I still have one whole weekend to pick up some last minute items on my list. Here is my last minute gift guide:
(Also, I am specifically picking out gifts that can mostly be picked up on the same day as when purchased!)
Last Minute Gift Guide
Gifts for Her
- Merit’s Great Skin Instant Glow Serum – This serum has become a staple in my daily skin routine. I am not usually a person who uses something till the very end of the bottle (mostly because I get bored), but I have now used multiple bottles of this serum. It’s light, brightens the face without making anyone look oily, and really helps with that dry winter skin. (I actually wrote about this serum here!)
- Fireside Robe – Would any gift guide list for her be complete without a robe? 😂 In all seriousness though, I don’t know why people hate on robes. I got one of these fireside robes a few years ago from Pottery Barn and I still have it.
- A Le Creuset pot – I don’t want anyone coming for me because I put cookware on a “gifts for her” post. I always think of that scene in Father of the Bride when Bryan MacKenzie buys Annie a blender and she completely freaks out. Look, if anyone wants to buy me cookware for Christmas, I’d be a happy gal. Cookware is a great gift for any home chef, and Le Creuset pots are some of the best.
- OUAI’s Melrose Place perfume – This scent from OUAI has quickly become a favorite of mine. It’s light, airy, and super feminine. I also love that OUAI makes a body creme and body wash for the same scent.
- Frida Mom Postpartum Recovery Essentials Kit – This is really only a good gift for expecting moms, obviously. Again, I don’t want anyone coming for me for putting a postpartum recovery kit on my last minute gift guide list for her, but it really would be a great gift to get any expecting mom.
- Towel Warmer – Guys, I legit bought myself (and someone else) this Sharper Image Towel Warmer at Costco this week. I am so excited to use it this winter! It’s also on sale right now at Costco so that’s a plus.
Gifts for Him
- Whiskey Club subscription – I ACTUALLY GOT THIS FOR MY HUSBAND THIS YEAR! I am not joking and this is not sponsored, haha! My husband started collecting whiskey, bourbon, and scotch earlier this year and I thought this whiskey club subscription from Flaviar was so cool. (On an unrelated note: he started collecting awesome alcohol after I got pregnant… Suspicious…) You can customize the amount of boxes you want to send and every box has a full-sized bottle and tasting bottles, too.
- YETI Cooler – I feel like the YETI cooler has become a staple for men’s outdoor hobbies. Plus, YETI products in general last a really long time and are of great quality.
- Smart Watch – This one is kind of a splurge, but if you’re looking for a great last-minute gift, I feel like the Apple Watch is a great choice. It’s especially great if he likes to workout or already has an iPhone. (To be fair, this would also be a great gift for her, too.)
- Smart Mug – I think these Ember Temperature Control Smart Mugs are super cool for anyone who likes tea or coffee and works at a desk or has to switch activities often. (Again, maybe another great gift for the mom in your life, haha!) They also come in a whole bunch of colors.
- Tickets to a Game or Event – I am not going to lie, this one is old faithful for me. 😂 If he’s into sports or concerts, etc., you can’t go wrong with opening day tickets or something like that.
