Y’all, it’s finally summer around here now that our son officially graduated from his Super Tot program at school and we are so ready for barbecues and beach days! Along with all of that, we also have a few upcoming summer events like bridal showers, family events, weddings, etc. One of my favorite parts of summer is the ability to play around with bright colors and materials in fashion, and I just love the array of handbags brands put out this time of year. I put together some of my picks for this season, so without further ado, here are my favorite summer handbags:
light & airy Neutral Summer handbags
Everyone needs a light and airy neutral bag for summer. You can really pair them with anything last minute, and they usually come in unique shapes. I love this one from Vineyard Vines because the bow is just so adorable and feminine, and this one at Nordstrom is so geometric and quirky. I also love the gold accents on this one from Lilly Pulitzer, and this one at Walmart is versatile and priced right!
Colorful beaded summer handbags
Along with a neutral bag that goes with virtually anything, I also love a colorful beaded bag. I spotted this leafy beaded bag at Anthropologie and it’s so cute! The pictures of this bag online actually don’t do the bag justice because the green is much more vibrant in person.
I actually bought this “Blame it on the Goose” bag from Francesca’s and it’s been my favorite bag so far. (It surprisingly fits a lot, too.) I also love this floral beaded clutch, and this green one, too.
Western Wear Summer Handbags
Okay, I am also including one Western-themed bag in honor of my recent trip to Nashville! I love this tassel bag from Pink Lily for summer.
Where I Look
In general, so many brands and stores are coming out with summer handbags right now. My favorite places to find quirky and unique bags are Francesca’s, Nordstrom, and places like T.J. Maxx and Marshalls. You can find a lot at these stores. I also love Pink Lily!
