Ham & Swiss Quiche

(I do apologize that this is the only picture I captured of my recipe. I completely forgot to take more!)

Preheat oven to 375°.

Grease the bottom of the pie dish and line the dish with pie crust dough. (This is the pie crust recipe I usually use! However, store-bought is fine for quick meals.)

In a pan, sauté the diced onion in the butter until translucent. Set aside to cool.

Whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, half and half, and whole milk until combined. Add the diced ham, Swiss cheese, and sautéd onion to the mixture and combine.

Add the mixture to the pie crust and place in the oven for 45 minutes, or until a butter knife is removed clean from the center.
