S’mores are a classic summer dessert that are so easy to make. To make it even more simple, check out my S’mores Skillet Dip!
- Butter (for greasing)
- 6 bars of chocolate (I used regular Hershey’s bars; the 1.55 oz ones)
- 10 oz bag of marshmallows
- Box of graham crackers
…and that’s all you’ll need!
Set your oven to its broiler setting. Grease an oven-safe skillet with the butter (you can also use cooking spray or whatever non-stick agent you would like). Break the chocolate up and place on the bottom of the skillet. Next, cover the chocolate with the marshmallows. (I never need to use the whole bag of marshmallows. It really depends on the size of your skillet.)
Pop the skillet in the oven until the tops of the marshmallows are toasty and fragrant. This should not take more than a few minutes so watch your oven!
Carefully remove the skillet from your oven and enjoy the dip with graham crackers!
